About the role

We are seeking a Sales Admin to join JIN AUN PHARMA SDN. BHD. in our Butterworth Penang office on a full-time basis. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our sales department, providing essential administrative support that directly impacts our sales team's effectiveness and client satisfaction. You will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and that our clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and maintaining accurate sales records, documentation, and databases
• Processing orders, invoices, and quotations with precision and attention to detail
• Coordinating communication between sales team members and clients to ensure seamless transactions
• Scheduling meetings, appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
• Handling client inquiries and providing administrative support to resolve queries promptly
• Maintaining organised filing systems both physical and digital for all sales-related documents
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to enable them to focus on client relationships and business development
• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities
• Assisting with inventory and stock information management as required
