Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales administration or client administration role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Customer service orientation and ability to relate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and databases.
• Process orders, invoices, and quotations with precision.
• Coordinate communication between sales team and clients.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Handle client inquiries and provide prompt admin support.
• Organise physical and digital filing systems for sales docs.
• Support sales team to focus on client relationships and growth.
• Liaise with other departments for smooth sales coordination.
• Assist with inventory and stock information management as required.
