Job summary

JIN AUN PHARMA SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven professional to join our team as a full-time sales role. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, drive sales growth, and contribute to the company’s overall success.

You will focus on General Trade channels, including pharmacies, CMH, supermarkets and marts within assigned territories, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools and data analysis is advantageous.

We are seeking a dynamic and sales driven talent to join our team at JIN AUN PHARMA SDN. BHD. in Penang. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our pharmaceutical company.

What you'll be doing

Generating new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and identifying potential clients.

Managing and expanding existing client accounts through excellent relationship-building skills.

Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.

Focus on sales growth in General Trade (GT) including pharmacies, CMH, supermarket & marts within assigned territories.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ensure product availability across all designated outlets to meet distribution targets.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge.

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis.

Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Diploma/Degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales experience will be preferably.
