Job summary

Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to oversee all safety, security, and risk management within the hotel. You will ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and international hospitality standards.

The role requires leading OSH policy development, incident investigations, emergency planning, and staff training to maintain a secure environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSH policies and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in risk assessment and safety inspections.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor OSH policies in compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee daily security operations including surveillance, access control, and patrols.
• Lead accident/incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Develop and regularly update the hotel’s Emergency Response Plan and lead evacuation drills.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain licenses and certifications.
• Monitor staff training and contractor safety compliance.

The Safety & Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety, security, and risk management within the hotel premises. The role ensures full compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and international hospitality standards. This includes safeguarding guests, employees, assets and always maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
