Job summary

Maukerja Malaysia is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations, supervise personnel, and coordinate deployment of officers. You will liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and prepare operational reports while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, travel to client sites, and strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. A diploma/degree in Business or Security Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Security Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of security industry experience with supervisory/management exposure.
• Proven leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of security operations, manpower planning and client management.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to client sites.
