Chin Hin Group Berhad is seeking a Safety & Health Executive to support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of OSH programs across manufacturing facilities, warehouses and operations. You will assist in hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations and safety awareness initiatives to foster a positive safety culture.

The role involves regulatory compliance, safety inspections, documentation, and collaboration with DOSH/JKKP, auditors and management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, Science or related disciplines.
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH/JKKP (Green Book Holder) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Safety & Health experience, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.

Responsabilités

• Assist in OSH compliance with Malaysian legislation and DOSH/JKKP requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and risks.
• Participate in HIRARC activities and maintain risk registers and action trackers.
• Support SWP, JSA and PTW systems and monitor corrective actions.
• Promote safety training, inductions and awareness programs.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors as required.
• Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports and SDSs.
