Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks a hands-on HSE lead in Senai, Johor to drive safety and environmental performance. You will oversee policies, risk assessments, audits, and training, ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws and EMS standards.

The role requires a valid DOSH Green Book (SHO) and manufacturing HSE experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills to promote a proactive safety culture.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid DOSH Green Book as Safety and Health Officer.
• Relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing setting preferred (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia safety and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee HSE activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor HSE policies, risk assessments and safety programmes.
• Ensure environmental and occupational safety compliance across operations.
• Conduct safety audits, investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with authorities, auditors, and stakeholders on HSE matters.
• Prepare HSE documentation and drive continuous improvement.
