Job summary

Precision Control Sdn Bhd is seeking a Safety & Health professional to manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with OSH and ISO 45001 standards. You will conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments, monitor subcontractors, lead incident investigations, and deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is required.
• Minimum 2 years Health and Safety field experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to operations and activities.
• Good physical condition and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all Safety & Health activities at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with OSH regulations, ISO 45001, company policies, and client safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and control hazards.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors for safety compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety performance reports.
