Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Green Book SHO preferred or in progress.
• 3–5 years of OSH experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Malaysian OSH legislation and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead HIRARC activities and update risk assessments.
• Monitor safety performance through inspections and audits.
• Coordinate EHS campaigns and safety initiatives site-wide.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training.
• Lead EHS improvement projects (LOTO, fire, ergonomics).
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EQA, Fire Services Act and regulations.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and permits; prepare KPI updates.
• Support other duties and activities as required by the company.
