EMPEROR MARINE MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking a Safety and Health Coordinator to initiate, implement and maintain SHE policies in line with government regulations. You will coordinate the OSH committee, organize safety activities, and ensure documentation for inspections.

You will lead safety inductions, conduct annual fire drills and first aid drills, and liaise with DOSH/NIOSH to ensure compliance. Strong communication is essential for interacting with all levels of staff.

• A certified Safety and Health Coordinator.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and requirements.

• Willing to work in Sitiawan, Perak.

Responsabilidades

>Initiates, implement, maintain and update Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies, objectives, and procedures in compliance to government regulations and requirements and to maintain proper documentation for statutory inspections.

>Ensure the safety and health standards in the workplace is in line with good practices and comply with OSHA regulations.

>Coordinator the OSH committee and ensure that the safety committee meeting meets its regulation and compliance OSHA regulations.

>To spearhead and organize all the safety activities such as planner, work place in inspection, training, guidelines, instructions, spot checks and enforcement to ensure it is implemented.

>Monitor and check the effectiveness and efficiency of the safety and health measures in the workplace, including corrective action plans.

>Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to management and prepare relevant reports and checklists required by the Local Authority bodies such as DOSH, etc.

>Conduct proper safety induction for new employees and signages are in place.

>To coordinate and conduct, yearly fire drill and first aid drills.

>Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics such as noise, vibration, water and air pollution.

Job Requirement:

>A certified Safety and Health Coordinator. Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in related field.

>Familiar with OSHA regulations and requirements and knowledge in safety practices.

>To work closely with the local statutory bodies (eg. DOSH, NIOSH, etc) to ensure compliance and update on any issues.

>Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of people.

>Applicants must be willing to work in Sitiawan, Perak.
