Job summary

Humanetics Precision Metal Fabrication (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Safety Documentation & Reporting professional to support Contractor & Visitor Safety. The role requires a Diploma or relevant technical qualification and an OSH Coordinator training certificate.

You will bring 1-2 years of manufacturing environment experience, knowledge of OSHA 1994, and hands-on expertise with HIRARC, PTW, LOTO, PPE, and machinery safety to conduct inspections, produce safety reports, and maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, SKM or relevant technical qualification; a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
• Must possess an OSH Coordinator training certificate from a DOSH-registered training provider.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysia's Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA) and applicable safety regulations.
• Familiar with HIRARC, Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE and machinery safety.
• Experience in conducting daily safety inspections and identifying workplace hazards.
• Good communication skills to conduct safety briefings and employee inductions.
• Able to prepare safety reports, inspection checklists and maintain safety documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and firm in enforcing workplace safety rules.
• Able to work closely with Production, Maintenance, contractors and management to resolve safety issues.
• Experience in machine shops, metal fabrication, bending, stamping or other manufacturing processes is an advantage.
