Job summary

Capcon Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Success & Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, focusing on smooth onboarding and adoption.

You will work with AWS, Azure, GCP integrations, coordinate with internal teams, and help customers achieve their business goals. This hybrid role requires 3+ years in customer success or tech account management and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, implementation, or technical account management.
• Strong technical background in CS/IT or related field.
• Hands-on experience with software implementation and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer implementation lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
• Ensure timely, scoped, and business-aligned integrations with cloud platforms.
• Facilitate customer training, workshops, and best practices for product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges and improve customer experience.
