Job summary

Materialise NV in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to guide customers from contract signing through go-live, configuring the platform to match their workflows and ensuring successful adoption. You will work closely with customers, Account Managers, and engineers to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and measurable outcomes.

The role blends technical setup, project coordination, troubleshooting, and documentation in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding from contract to go-live.
• Configure and integrate the platform per customer workflows.
• Lead validation and go-live activities and obtain sign-off.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation (DHF, config records).
• Contribute to templates and accelerators for onboarding.
• Monitor adoption and share insights with Account Managers.
• Support customers post go-live and handover to Account Management.
• Assist pre-sales by answering security/compliance questions.
