Job summary

PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading PropTech company, seeks a Training Guru to design and deliver customer training across SaaS products. You will create engaging materials, run live sessions, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to keep content current.

Hybrid work enables flexible scheduling while driving outcomes. You’ll help customers succeed, with a focus on measurable training impact and continuous content improvement across Malaysia, Singapore, and regional

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering customer training programs, preferably for technology or SaaS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear information delivery.
• Strong instructional design capabilities for engaging materials.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training projects.
• Customer-focused mindset to help users learn and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for customers to enhance their understanding and use of PropertyGuru’s products and services.
• Creating engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online tutorials.
• Conducting live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for customers.
• Assessing training needs through surveys and data to improve content and delivery.
• Collaborating with Product, Customer Support, and Marketing to keep materials up-to-date.
• Measuring effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven improvements.
