Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong connections with individual real estate agents and key influencers within agencies to sell online marketing solutions.
• Foster relationships with Agency Leaders and Division Directors to uncover new business opportunities and drive growth.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product training sessions to educate and inform clients.
• Participate in business events and client engagement activities to strengthen relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
• Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and follow‑up, increasing client retention rates.
• Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to maximize revenue potential.
