Job summary

PropertyGuru is Southeast Asia’s leading PropTech company, connecting millions of property seekers with agents and listings across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. We’re looking for an experienced training professional to develop and deliver comprehensive customer training programs for our SaaS products.

You’ll create engaging materials, run live sessions and measure program impact, while collaborating with Product, Customer Support and Marketing to keep training content up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Has proven experience in developing and delivering customer training programs, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrates strong instructional design skills, creating engaging training materials.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Shows a passion for helping others learn and succeed, with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for customers to enhance their understanding and use of PropertyGuru's products and services.
• Creating engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online tutorials, tailored to various learning styles and levels of expertise.
• Conducting live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for customers, ensuring high engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Assessing customer training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as Product, Customer Support, and Marketing, to stay informed about product updates and ensure training materials are up-to-date.
• Measuring the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and making data-driven improvements.
