• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers to enhance their understanding and use of PropertyGuru’s products and services.
• Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online tutorials, tailored to various learning styles and levels of expertise.
• Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for customers, ensuring a high level of engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Assess customer training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Product, Customer Support, and Marketing, to stay informed about product updates and ensure training materials are up-to-date.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make data‑driven improvements.
