Job summary

StoreHub, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Business Development Executive to drive growth for our SaaS platform among SME owners. You will identify potential clients, reach out, and present a solution that helps them manage and scale their business.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and travel allowance; you will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience selling to SMEs is a plus but not required.
• Willing to receive feedback and grow.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to SME business owners.
• Confidently pitch StoreHub to help them run smarter and scale faster.
• Build long-term relationships based on value, not just transactions.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a great customer experience.
