Job summary

Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company, invites a Business Development Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will proactively identify sales opportunities, deliver product presentations, and strive to exceed targets while building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

Key requirements include 3–5 years of sales experience, a hunter mentality, lead generation ability, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with KPI targets.
• Hunter mentality, proactive, and results-focused.
• Ability to generate own leads.
• Comfortable with high activity volumes and rejection.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations of Cartrack products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on new business and existing customers.
• Conduct needs analysis and tailor pricing structures/deals for clients.
• Acquire new customers via cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
• Utilize CRM to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.
• Confidently present solutions to customers.
