Job summary

Webby Group is seeking a business development professional to identify and develop new opportunities, promote digital products and AI solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The role involves presenting software products, understanding customer challenges, and collaborating with Product/Technical teams to deliver tailored business solutions. Fresh graduates with drive are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, software sales, SaaS sales, IT solutions or business development is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable presenting and demonstrating software products to customers.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to understand customer requirements and translate them into business solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Basic understanding of software, SaaS, AI, cloud or digital solutions will be an advantage.
• Experience dealing with SMEs, enterprises or corporate customers will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, referrals, events, partnerships and inbound leads.
• Promote and sell Webby’s digital products and AI solutions
• Understand customers' business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with Product, Technical and Project teams during the pre-sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity updates.
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, workshops and customer meetings.
