Job summary

Webby Group is seeking a Cloud & AI Sales Consultant to help clients accelerate their digital transformation through Cloud, AI, and enterprise technology solutions. You will work with Solution Architects, engineers, and partners to understand business challenges and recommend impactful solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will engage with business leaders, IT decision-makers, and C-level executives while building long-term relationships and driving growth across industries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales, solution consulting, or business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings, events and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customers' business challenges and recommend suitable Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer discovery, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with Cloud & AI Solution Architects to design tailored solutions addressing customer business needs.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns, events, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with partners including AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Anthropic, OpenAI, and other vendors.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on Cloud, AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology trends to provide valuable business insights.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and technology conferences.
