Job summary

Standard Chartered in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced AVP, Change Comms & Content Management for Source-to-Contract (S2C). You will bridge business stakeholders, process owners and technology partners, drive readiness, document operating models and support transformation initiatives across procurement technologies.

You will help improve customer experience and governance, coordinate change communications, and ensure accurate, policy-aligned documentation across global teams with a focus

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Change Analyst or equivalent role.
• Experience supporting global process, operating model or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong process mapping and business process improvement skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements, operating procedures and change impacts.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operational, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capability.
• Experience working in large, complex, regulated organisations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing Source-to-Contract processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess impacts of proposed process, policy and technology changes.
• Challenge assumptions and identify operational, governance and customer experience risks.
• Support development of target operating models, process simplification initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Participate in refinement forums, working groups and design reviews to ensure business requirements are represented.
• Support implementation of new sourcing, contract management and supplier management capabilities.
• Develop and execute communication strategies supporting S2C change initiatives.
• Produce stakeholder communications, briefing materials, presentations and user guidance.
• Support business readiness activities for new process and technology implementations.
