Standard Chartered is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Supplier Management activities within Contract Management Services. You will influence cross‑functional stakeholders and manage supplier relationships across Bank categories, ensuring value, risk control, and timely governance.

You will interact with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business units to drive strategic objectives, enable digital transformation, and embed sustainability in CMS processes across the bank.

Qualificações

• Degree in supply chain management, business administration, contract law, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, and/or contract management.
• Knowledge of contract law, supplier management, and procurement best practices.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement and contract management software and key technology trends

Responsabilidades

• Support CMS teams in accelerating the delivery of efficiencies and advancing CMS services.
• Drive initiatives to optimize value creation through effective supplier management and contract management.
• Execute supplier relationship management through periodic supplier lifecycle reviews and governance.
• Understand and interpret risk and commercial obligations within a contract.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align channels and supplier engagement approach.
• Provide updates, dashboards, and reports to senior management on supplier activities.
• Monitor and improve end-user experience and data quality within CMS.
• Support stakeholder risk management and resolution of disputes in the contract lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and alignment to sustainability and digital transformation goals.
