Job summary

Standard Chartered in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Head of PM/PMO Services to lead the central PM/PMO capability, delivering disciplined governance and scalable talent models for strategic initiatives across the Bank.

You'll partner with transformation offices to apply CDS standards, manage resource deployment, capacity planning, and risk oversight while driving value through consistent delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a central PMO/PM, programme controls, or delivery service function supporting multiple large scale programmes.
• Hands on experience supporting delivery of enterprise transformation or regulatory programmes.
• Familiar with multi-year, multi-workstream initiatives with senior leadership oversight.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand forecasting and resource allocation across competing priorities.
• Proficient with project management tools – Clarity, ADO, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a central PM/PMO services model – PM/PMO as a Service across the organisation.
• Manage supply and deployment of PM and PMO resources to initiatives based on skillsets and business needs.
• Forecast resourcing demand and influence build/buy/borrow decisions.
• Monitor utilization and ensure balanced workloads.
• Maintain enterprise-wide view of PMO resourcing and reporting.
