Job summary

Standard Chartered in KL/Singapore region is seeking a C&E Lead to independently scope, plan and execute critical change initiatives within the OCM plan, including training needs analysis and change impact assessments.

You will partner with heads of Change & Enablement, PMs, BAs and stakeholders across the enterprise to drive adoption, align communications, and ensure readiness for upcoming transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leading change management for complex global programmes.
• PROSCI, Agile Change Management certificates preferred.
• Experience in CABM and management consultancy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end C&E deliverables within the change/OCM plan.
• Engage with PMs, BAs, SMEs and stakeholders to achieve programme objectives.
• Design and implement engagement and learning strategies to drive adoption.
• Support governance and ensure alignment with regulatory and risk standards.
