Job summary

Mattel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to drive supply readiness, manage inventory and coordinate with OEM vendors across global markets. The role emphasizes proactive risk mitigation, capacity planning and mentor-ship for junior staff.

You will oversee schedules, ensure adherence to Mattel Planning Rules, maintain optimal stock, and support New Toy Development through material approvals. Fluent English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, manufacturing, inventory management, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Tableau and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply response for worldwide markets’ demands and ensure on-time delivery.
• Direct import order management and respond to daily DI customer inquiries.
• Review vendor schedules and optimize inventory to meet market demands.
• Manage capacity planning and develop annual production plans.
• Monitor supply status, communicate with markets and customer service.
