Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead demand planning, inventory optimization, and cross‑functional coordination with Sales, Marketing and Procurement teams. You will build statistical forecasts, monitor forecast accuracy, drive S&OP cycles, and analyze data to identify risks and opportunities while balancing service levels and working capital.

Candidates typically have 3–6+ years in FMCG or retail, with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or related field.
3–6+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
Experience in FMCG manufacturing or retail, food sector preferred.
Strong Excel and ERP data reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

Demand Planning: Develop and execute short- and long-term demand plans.
Inventory Optimization: Manage safety stock and capacity to meet service levels while minimizing costs.
Sales stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Sales to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and disruptions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Align plans with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance in S&OP processes.
