Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred, especially in rural/agricultural markets.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and customer insights.
• Basic English or bilingual English/Malay communication skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting products and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors and farmers.
• Expand market reach by developing rural and plantation distribution channels.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors to stay competitive.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
