Roda Land Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive for the Northern Region (Penang, Kedah, Perak & Perlis) to drive sales growth by prospecting new customers, building a robust pipeline, and nurturing long-term relationships with dealers.

Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The role offers high earning potential with a base salary plus performance-based incentives and opportunities for career

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or business development with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen for building relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and sales tracking, and PowerPoint for customer presentations.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular market visits in the Northern region to grow field sales and nurture dealer relationships.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations based on customer needs and follow up to close orders.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and territory coverage.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with AR and credit terms to ensure cash flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolutions.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers aligned with sales strategy.
