You will balance cost control with exceptional guest moments, partner with chefs, sommelier and marketing, and uphold Regent's F&B philosophy across this elevated rooftop venue.

Qualifikationen

• Degree-level education or appropriate work experience.
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience, including at least 2 years at senior level within an international luxury environment.
• Comprehensive beverage knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Recognised alcohol service or bartending certification with professional credentials in mixology.
• Wine specialization (e.g. WSET or equivalent) may be required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Fluent English required; other languages an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Direct everyday activity, plan and assign work, ensuring staffing numbers.
• Lead the beverage training programme for the entire F&B division, including tastings.
• Develop the cocktail menu and oversee cost control with Chef and Cost Controller.
• Deliver high-quality trolley-side and tableside service with storytelling.
• Balance guest experience with financial targets and brand standards.
