Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking Head Mixologist / Beverage Manager for Regent Kuala Lumpur to lead beverage programme across all outlets. You'll curate cocktail and wine menus, manage staff, train teams, and build relationships with KL's bar scene to elevate guest experience.

Qualifications

Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 in senior level within international luxury environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverages.
Established network and understanding of Kuala Lumpur's bar scene.
Fluent English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

Plan and assign work across the beverage team, ensuring appropriate staffing.
Train colleagues on cocktail and beverage service to meet brand standards.
Lead cocktail training programmes for the F&B division with internal and external sessions.
Develop and curate cocktail and wine menus across all F&B venues.
Collaborate with Chef, PR and Cost Controller to maintain coherent beverage concepts.
