IHG Hotels & Resorts, Regent Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Signature Restaurant Manager to lead an open-kitchen, grill-driven dining concept in the TRX district. You''ll set the tone for Forbes Five Star standards across every course and moment from the pass to the sommelier''s table.

This role requires a passion for theatre in dining, deep team leadership, and the ability to fuse guest experience with financial discipline, training staff to embody Regent''s F&B philosophy and brand culture.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience, incl. at least 2 years at senior level in international luxury env.
• Fluent English required; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct everyday activity, plan and assign work with staffing at all times.
• Develop the team and coach for performance with development goals.
• Train colleagues to deliver with Regent brand standards and The Taste Gallery concept.
• Monitor budget and costs with F&B leadership to meet goals.
• Lead menu engineering with the Chef, Sommelier, Beverage Manager, PR team, and Cost Controller.
• Cultivate Regent Kuala Lumpur as a social beacon in the TRX district.
• Oversee guest experience and respond to requests with high satisfaction.
