Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Bartender for the @21 Rooftop Bar to deliver excellent and consistent service to guests. You will assist with bar operations and guest interactions in a fast-paced rooftop setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality education and at least 2 years in hotel operations, with strong problem solving, interpersonal, and administrative skills. Malaysian citizen or PR preferred due to work permit regulations.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia will be considered due to work permit restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level of service to customers at @21 Rooftop Bar.
• Assist with customer and bar service at the rooftop bar.
