• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in retail, pawn shop, or related industries.
• Experience managing HR operations across multiple outlets or branches.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
• Experience in manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to travel between outlets when required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the overall HR operations and ensure consistent HR practices across multiple outlets.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with business objectives and Malaysian labour laws.
• Manage recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and retention to support business expansion.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievances, and performance management.
• Monitor attendance, leave administration, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Work closely with outlet managers to address staffing issues and improve workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal HR policies across all outlets.
• Provide HR advice and support to management on people-related matters.
• Lead and support HR initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
