Bybit is seeking a data-focused risk operations professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will review campaigns, perform data quality checks, and analyze internal and external data to inform operational decisions and model iterations.

The role requires 2+ years in data analysis or data operations with risk exposure, strong SQL skills, and exposure to R or Python. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus and the company supports global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data operations with risk-focused exposure.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with R or Python is a plus.
• Strong business sense and ability to identify risks from data.

Responsibilities

• Support risk operations by campaign reviews and data quality checks.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for operational decisions.
• Monitor data, define risk indicators, and improve risk operations workflow.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and other teams.
