Job summary

Bybit is a leading cryptocurrency exchange with a global footprint and 24/7 multilingual support. This role focuses on risk data analysis and real-time risk control for funds security across multiple products.

You will work with large-scale transaction data using Hive/MaxCompute and Python to identify and quantify risk, design control strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, financial engineering, data science.
• 3-6 years of practical experience in payment/internet fund security and transaction anti-fraud risk control strategies, with experience in Alipay, WeChat Pay, top consumer finance, and bank online payment risk control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fund security risk control for wealth management, trading, and other core products; build real-time hierarchical risk control decision-making strategies.
• Perform risk data analysis, quantification of capital loss, and review of offense and defense strategies.
• Leverage Hive/MaxCompute and Python to mine risk cases from large transaction data and monitor indicators like real asset loss rate and block rate.
• Design risk strategies, canary releases, and iterative implementations.
• Manage policy canary traffic allocation, AB tests, and evaluate effects; integrate with real-time decision engines.
• Aid emergency response to major asset losses; support risk tracing, emergency blocking, and creation of risk feature databases.
• Collaborate across product, R&D, compliance, and anti-fraud teams; advance machine learning integrations for risk control.
