Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Risk Control Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to oversee fraud risk, conduct routine inspections, and refine patterns to strengthen risk controls across the business.

You will review submissions flagged for risk, propose optimizations to review tools and processes, and collaborate with product, technology, legal, and compliance teams to embed risk controls into new launches. This role demands 3+ years in risk management and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, with a background in finance, fintech, or consulting.
• Experience in case analysis, risk review, or related roles is required.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Hive, SQL, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate materials submitted by users flagged for potential risk.
• Propose optimization suggestions to improve the review process and reduce unnecessary work orders.
• Identify fraud cases, analyze fraudulent methods, reconstruct attack chains, and characterize fraud patterns.
• Collaborate with business, product, technology, legal, and compliance teams to embed risk controls into processes and launches.
