Job summary

Bybit Limited in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to own the Security & Risk Control system architecture. You will drive performance tuning, microservice planning, and disaster recovery for a high-traffic digital asset platform.

The role requires deep Java or Go backend expertise, familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker, and a track record of designing large-scale distributed systems. Join a global team shaping the future of crypto finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; more than 7 years of Java or Go backend development experience; more than 3 years of architecture design experience.
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) or Go (go-zero) microservice ecosystems; practitioners of both ecosystems preferred
• Experience in designing and tuning high-concurrency systems; large-scale distributed systems
• Familiar with microservice structure; practical experience in containerization and ByteMesh such as K8s and Docker
• Experience in architecture design and stability assurance in extreme peak scenarios such as high traffic and market trends
• Possess online problem location and troubleshooting capabilities; sound stability management strategy
• Active experience in open source projects (author, core contributor, or deep participant)
• Both the Java and Go technology stacks have participated in or led large-scale projects
• Experience in AI/large model related projects (intelligent risk control, model engineering implementation, etc.)
• Experience in building 0-1 business/systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall technical architecture of the Security and Risk Control R & D teams, leading design and evolution of system architecture for performance, availability and disaster recovery.
• Architecture Design: design high-performance, scalable, highly available architecture to support security and risk control in high-traffic scenarios.
• Technology selection and innovation: master middleware technologies; evaluate and combine them based on business needs; promote evolution and innovation.
• Stability guarantee: establish online problem location, monitoring and alarm, and fault review mechanisms.
• Team empower: provide guidance and architecture reviews, output specifications and best practices.
