Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad is seeking a Billing & Orders Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely billing and order submission, while supporting sales operations and coordinating with multiple departments. You will assist the Sales Team, verify contract terms, and ensure documentation is complete for billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in a related role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with lookup and pivot capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across departments and with external parties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team in data retrieval and ensuring submission documents are in order.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth order processing and documentation.
• Review contracts/Sales Orders for accurate billing rates and terms; flag inconsistencies.
• Verify and analyze incoming billing requests and related queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation per company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments for complete billing documentation.
• Maintain accurate billing records and support process improvement.
• Support ad hoc billing projects and project-based administrative requirements.
• Prioritize and resolve customer disputes with root-cause analysis and SLA adherence.
• Liaise with internal teams for dispute resolution and track closure.
• Coordinate with customers for deposit refunds and balance before account closure.
