Job summary

Watsons in Malaysia is seeking candidates to support store operations as a retail supervisor. You will assist the store manager with staff scheduling, welfare, and disciplinary matters while motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available at this location.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality and good communication skills are required.
• Must possess SPM/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and results oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (weekends and public holidays).
• Full/Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring and managing staff duty roster, leave, welfare, and disciplinary issues.
• Motivate and train staff on company policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills.
• Devise strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Generate and provide reports (staff turnover, sales, inventory, etc.).
• Provide professional services to customers.
