Job summary

Watsons Malaysia in Selangor is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the store manager in hiring, duty rosters, staff welfare and disciplinary matters while delivering excellent customer service.

You will coach staff on policy and selling skills, implement strategies to hit sales targets, and generate reports on turnover, sales and inventory. Weekend work may be required; full/part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
• Full/ Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.
