Job summary

Watsons Malaysia in Penang is seeking a capable retail supervisor to assist the store manager with staffing, training, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will lead by example, implement SOPs, drive sales, manage rosters, and generate reports on turnover, sales and inventory while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Full or part-time roles are available; weekend and public holiday hours are required, providing growth opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in any field.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and results oriented.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.
