Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a capable Retail Supervisor to drive sales and maintain smooth store operations in Malaysia. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate staffing together with the Store Manager.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the energy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Malaysian citizens are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with retail manager experience or Diploma/ Degree in any field.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail / F&B.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of sales target set.
• Instil high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Work with Store Manager to employ high caliber sales staff and maintain staffing levels.
• Implementation of efficient in-store teamwork.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
