Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a proactive store role to assist the store manager with staffing, scheduling, and welfare matters. You will motivate and train staff on policy, SOP, and selling skills, while helping develop strategies to hit sales targets.

The role requires good communication, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available to suit team needs.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
• Full/ Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.
