Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to support the store manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer service excellence. The role involves training team members on company policies, achieving sales targets, and preparing reports on sales and stock levels.

Full/Part-Time positions are available, with weekend and public holiday hours required. This position requires strong communication, a pleasant personality, and the ability to adapt in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
• Full/ Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.
