Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the store manager in staffing, rosters, and day-to-day operations. You will motivate and train staff on policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills to achieve targets and maintain service standards.

You will generate reports on staff turnover, sales and inventory, and provide professional services to customers, ensuring smooth retail operations and compliant with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• SPM/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U or professional certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.
