Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a full-time Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Telok Panglima Garang to provide courteous customer service and manage inventory efficiently.

Responsibilities include stock handling, store cleanliness, equipment operation, and ensuring store assets' safety. Candidates should have 1–3 years retail experience with leadership skills and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Possess own transportation.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1-3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, as well as perform all tasks related to inventory and merchandise handling.
• To maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• To operate and handle all equipment and machines available in the store in accordance with company procedures.
• To ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• To provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• To handle emergency situations appropriately and report them to the relevant personnel when necessary.
• To uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
• Possess own transportation.
