Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) invites applications for a Shop Assistant at KK Super Mart KLIA 2 Gateway. You will receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods; manage inventory, operate POS, and deliver courteous service.

A background in retail (1–3 years) with supervisory exposure is preferred; SPM/ Diploma or equivalent is acceptable, and owning transport helps. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1-3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle store equipment per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report them to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart's good image and reputation at all times.
