Job summary

KK SUPER MART Serendah is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant (Full Time) to receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and handle inventory and merchandise across the store.

You will maintain cleanliness, operate POS systems, provide courteous service, work flexible hours, and uphold the store's reputation. Ownership of transport is preferred; experience in supervisory roles is a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM or diploma/equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Retail experience 1–3 years with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods and manage inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment per procedures and ensure asset safety.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel when needed.
• Uphold KK Supermart's good image and reputation at all times.
