Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Seremban, Pusat Komersial Bukit Blossom. You will receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods, and handle all inventory and merchandise tasks.

You will maintain store cleanliness, operate all equipment per procedures, ensure safety of store assets, provide courteous service to customers, handle emergencies, and uphold KK Supermart's good image at all times.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience 1–3 years, supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate equipment and machines according to company procedures.
• Ensure the safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
